Online Psychiatric Evaluations:

Begin your mental health journey with a 60-minute virtual psychiatric evaluation at Cross My Heart Wellness.

Your evaluation is conducted by a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through a secure telepsychiatry appointment.

During your visit, we’ll review your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, and treatment goals to develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan.

We provide psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, diagnosing and treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and substance use disorders through secure, confidential online care.

Medication management and brief supportive therapy:

Ongoing medication management appointments are designed to help you achieve and maintain optimal mental health.

During your virtual follow-up visits, we’ll review your symptoms, monitor your progress, evaluate medication effectiveness, manage side effects, and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

Each appointment also includes brief supportive therapy, education, and practical coping strategies to help you manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health conditions through secure telepsychiatry.

Telepsychiatry refers to the delivery of psychiatric assessment and treatment via the use of HIPPA compliant technology and video conferencing. It allows patients to obtain the mental health treatment they need in the comfort of their own homes or even on their lunch break.  Your session with your provider is always confidential.

Please note : I am In Network with many Commercial Insurance companies (see list) and an Out of Network Provider. If I am not a provider in your network and you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance. Upon receiving this, they will send a check to your home typically within 7-10 business days. Payment is expected in full at the time of your appointment. By booking an appointment with Cross My Heart Wellness, LLC, you have knowingly, voluntarily, and specifically selected an out-of-network provider to provide services for you. By booking an appointment you are consenting and agree to pay for services rendered regardless of your coverage. You are responsible for finding out your coverage, managing your account, payment
for & requesting a receipt for, and the balance of your bill for services.
